2. Specification: Length ≥ 4000mm, height can be adjusted according to the equipped interactive teaching whiteboard product to ensure effective matching with the interactive teaching whiteboard product.

3. Board surface: Using metal paint to write the board surface, matte, dark green/beige, with a glossiness of ≤ 12 gloss units, without glare caused by the blackboard itself. The writing is smooth and clear, with good color coordination and visual effect, effectively alleviating students' visual fatigue; The surface of the board is attached with a layer of transparent protective film, which complies with GB28231-2011 "Safety and Health Requirements for Writing Boards".

4. Lining board: Choose high-strength, sound-absorbing, moisture-proof, and flame-retardant polystyrene board.

5. Backboard: Made of high-quality galvanized steel plate, mechanically assembled in one go.

6. Cladding: Using environmentally-friendly two-component polyurethane adhesive, automated assembly line cladding operation ensures firm bonding, flat surface, and formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.2mg/L, meeting the GB 28231-2011 "Safety and Health Requirements for Writing Boards".

7. Border: Made of high-strength champagne colored electrophoretic aluminum alloy profiles, with performance meeting GB/T 5237.3 standards, and horizontal frame size ≥ 57mm × 78mm, frame size ≥ 29mm × 100mm. A hidden sliding system is installed on the track to prevent dust and debris from entering, structurally solving the problem of sliding being affected by dust. Equipped with a multi-purpose slot with a width of ≥ 30mm, the multi-purpose slot is separated from the sliding system and formed in one mold with the frame. It can accommodate teaching aids such as writing pens and pointers, without affecting the sliding of the sliding plate, and can also be used for dust concentration treatment; The frame should have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, with a corrosion resistance of CASS 72H not less than level 10, and a wear resistance (sand drop test) of not less than 4000g.

8. Corner wrap: anti-aging high-strength ABS engineering plastic injection molding, double wall cavity forming streamline design, blackboard brand logo and corner wrap one-time mold molding, without sharp corners and burrs.

9.Limit gears: Install limit gears on both sides of the horizontal frame to prevent the sliding plate from hitting the vertical frame and clamping hands during the pushing and pulling process.

10. Pulley: Two sets of high-precision bearings for upper suspension wheel, lower flat sliding system, evenly installed up and down, smooth sliding, low noise, and precise front and rear positioning. To ensure product durability, the service life of the pulley should not be less than 100000 times.

11.Security: A lock is used to lock the sliding blackboard, and the key is universal, convenient and practical;
